Susan G. Smith
Susan G. Smith, M.S., is the Director of Time Out Respite Program, sponsored by The Intergenerational Center at Temple University’s College of Health Professions & Social Work. For the past 22 years, Ms. Smith has been responsible for a number of intergenerational projects at the Center including the Time Out Respite Program which she has directed since 1996.
Prior to joining the Center, Ms. Smith served as a director of an early childhood daycare program and as a therapist at a child guidance center providing counseling for children and their parents.
Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She has over thirty-five years experience providing training and development, counseling and program administration in healthcare and educational environments for all age groups and incomes.
